The probe cards are applied by testing of general parameter or functionality of switching circuits on the wafer level. Here it is possible to assemble probe cards for testing on single chips, i.e Single Die Testing, as well as for more chips simultaneous testing, i.e. Multi Die Testing.

The Probe Factory Ltd. manufactures probe cards in different assembly technologies, enabling various testing methods.
